Charissa’s Practice werkt intuïtief waarbij jouw lichaam en energieveld leidend zijn. Uiteraard wordt vooraf besproken wat jij wel/niet wilt.

A treatment, therefore, consists of one of the following components or a mix:

• Energetisch masseren – lichaamswerk;
  Using gentle massage techniques, I sense where there are blockages in your body, which I then address, allowing tensions and unprocessed emotions to be released. Basic techniques from reiki, holistic healing and pitjit (Indonesian massage) are combined.
• Chakra healing;
  Het in balans brengen van de chakra’s zodat de energiestroom verbetert wat het algemene welzijn (fysiek, mentaal, energetisch / emotioneel en spiritueel) bevordert.
• Activating your self-healing ability and improving your energy level through pressure points.
• Various options such as chair treatment, meditation, grounding or breathing techniques, coaching and conversation.

Choose from

Short Story; as an introduction, for brief maintenance or prevention, duration of one hour.

Extended Story: with more time and tranquility, every treatment is enhanced, and this favorite option provides for that with a duration of 1.5 hours.

Stories bundle; let yourself be fully immersed in love and tranquility for 2 hours. This treatment consists of a combination of techniques, including an energetic healing and massage, a longer integration and relaxation time, including a drink and a healthy snack.

New:Ayurvedic massage; mainly the sattvic (relaxing) massage where the head and feet receive attention with a number of firmer techniques for the rest of the body.

Personal treatment program in a holistic manner that we shape together based on your needs. Components of the energetic treatments are supplemented with more in-depth exploration.

Beide therapieën zijn erop gericht om een ideale balans te creëren in jouw dagelijks leven. Na afloop van de therapie kun je jezelf holistisch en energetisch onderhouden. Indien nodig zal ik (ook) andere zorg of ondersteuning aanbevelen.

Explanation of all rates

• All mentioned rates are valid until January 1st, 2025
• Exempt from VAT due to the small business scheme (KOR)
• Vanwege de vrijstelling verstuurt Charissa’s Practice geen facturen. Op verzoek kun je uiteraard een factuur ontvangen.
• Reimbursement through health insurance is not possible.

Terms and Conditions

1. Beforehand, you will receive a payment request that you must settle no later than the start of a treatment.
2. Cancellation of an appointment is free up to 24 hours in advance; otherwise, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
3. If you do not show up for an appointment without notice, the entire amount still needs to be paid or no refund will be provided.
